Orphan & Vulnerable Children Program
Moved by the plight of millions of children orphaned by AIDS pandemic and other causes, Africa’s Children’s Fund launched the Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) Program in 2001. The OVC Program provides food assistance and scholarships to orphans and vulnerable children in Africa and the Caribbean. In 2016, the OVC Program served 341 children and youth with food and scholarships.
